Injury prevention has become a passion of mine so I have been doing presentations to different groups on how to identify an injury waiting to happen and address the issue before a problem occurs.

Here, I teach a group of personal trainers how to take clients through a 5-step functional movement evaluation, detect if they are set up for injury, and address the issues found or know when the client should be referred to a healthcare professional.
